House hunting in Villaricos

Hi everyone 

I am a newbie to this sight. I discovered Villaricos in January, it was my first time in Almeria and I wanted to discover different areas, before looking at houses.

I am looking for a house which will provide me with an income, ie a integral apartment , which I can rent out as a holiday let, whilst I live over the shop so to speak.

Any help or advice would be greatly received 😊
