Looking for a friend ian dalton in almeria spain

I am hoping you lovely people can help me find my very good friend ian dalton who i 'lost' when my laptop was stolen. He is a british man 52 who is a retired meteorologist and lives in Almeria (but no idea where or which part of Almeria). He loves his garden and growing chillies..maybe he is your neighbour or friend and you can help. I would be really grateful thanks Jess
