There’s at least 4 in Vera itself.  GymXtreme in Calle Las Lavanderas is the one I’d recommend, but I’ll admit to bias as my wife teaches yoga there three times a week :-)

That looks quite a walk away, won't have a car. Is there anything closer.

Possibly - but I don’t really know what’s available in Vera Playa itself.  There IS a Gym in Garrucha that will be closer - don’t recall the name, but it’s on the right hand side as you go into Garrucha on the Calle Mayor, just past the Mercadona (which is on the other side of the road) - found it on map - PROA Gym
