This looks awful. Has anyone cleaned it up yet? I have never seen Vera look like that before

Whereabouts in Vera is this?  The Mayor, José Carmelo, has allocated funds to cleaning up Vera, saying he wants it to be the cleanest town in Spain (big job, it seems...)

I have got a lot of photos from various places in the municipality of Vera. The first one is near Hotel Vera PLaya but it is all over the municipality. See another example below.

What areas specifically are the dirtiest? I’ll need precise locations

Some of the rubbish deposits can even be seen on Google earth! They are too many and dispersed than mapping them would take several days of unpleasant field work. More simple to tell where is is clean. 

There has been a lot of bad weather recently you know.  I'm sure the task of cleaning up isn't done in a few days over such a large area.  There are road works between Vera and the playa and a lot of debris which has accumulated due to wind and rain.
