Agricultural water.

Good Afternoon, I am Michèle 69 years old, currently living in Portugal, me and my husband are Dutch. We ate about to rent a property in Los Cabreras, which has only agricultural water. My question is; is this water safe do shower, do the dishes etc. The house does not provide a drinking water tank.
Is this agricultural water tested Every now and then?
In Portugal we also had to go to town to the fountain to get drinking and cooking water.
When we lived in Italy I used to get sick from showering in pozzo water, so we did this at the neighbours house and also got FREE water from town springs.
