Who are Chris and Mandy? Not meaning me, I presume...

Hi, Chris and Mandy (Large) are the Englsh couple who run CamConcepts in Huercal Overa, partner used them when she bought her villa with their help, theyre a super couple to work with, as before are Englsh who speak Spanish as fluent as anyone could.

Nothing seems to be too much trouble, Chris took us both down to the foreigners office as it's known down in Almeria to do Residencia, partner got her NIE on purchasing this villa, I obtained mine courtesy of my Residencia, their number should be in the free "Focus" monthly magazine available at various outlets.

As you come into H/O over the old stone bridge, past the Cepsa garage, carry on down to the roundabout and go right past the Ford garage/salesroom, you'll see a weird kind of rusty structure on the left, just opposite it there is a street, cant think of the name on youre right, theres a clothes/material shop on the corner, CamConcepts are at the bottom of the street on the right.
