Hello. I wonder if anyone can help? Sorry I know there have been a lot of questions about it. How would we get residency if I only have a UK passport but my husband has a UK and Irish passport.

Your husband is entitled to residency in Spain as an EU citizen, you can get residency as his spouse. Have just done the same for ourselves.

Thank you that. Did you do it though the Spainish Consulate in the UK or in Spain.

It's all done in Spain, very easy your husband applies for his residency which is quite quick, then you apply as his spouse. You need proof of marriage, (apostilled copy of certificate. Dated within 3 months of your application).
