i have a pellet burner that is coming up to 3 years old . it smoking and i think the chimney needs a clean and possibly the inside of the pellet burner needs a good clean .i have an instruction book which is in spanish and overall very complicated . i feel i need someone who knows about them to give it a general clean or service. can anyone help

Chimneys of pellet stoves usually need no cleaning, but you do need to regularly clean the stove itself, after each use. It may have a handle somewhere at the top that you need to pull and push a few times to release ashes and dust stuck. If you don’t ever do that things may clog up a bit. Call Chimeneas Ramos in Vera, if it was bought there. Every few years it needs some maintenance.
