Looking for a property in or around Turre

Hi,

We already live in Mojacar but have been looking for another property around the areas you mention for the past year so we're pretty aware of what you can get for your money. Yes you can get the size of property you require for your budget and also location, either a townhouse or apartment. Vera town is a little less expensive so you're more likely to get s garage there or at least a parking space for your money but shouldn't be impossible in Turre either. Have you considered Los Gallardos? It's smaller than Turre and Vera but has all the basic facilities. Very best of luck. 

Thanks for that advice-we have never been in to Los Gallardos, only driven past it. Maybe we will give it a try when we can actually travel again! At the moment we are in Roquetas De Mar and this week can't travel out of the area. Will certainly look there though, thanks :)

Yes you can get your requirements on that budget. We purchased our apartment for about the same price in Residencial Las Marinas opposite the Playa Las Marinas-Bolaga in Vera Playa. It is between Puerto Rey and Garrucha. It has the beach, restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance.  Our three bedrooms apartment is quite large but we do not have designated parking.  The properties/apartments at the back of the community do have garages underneath so they are out there. Thanks so much Grant for that information. It is always tricky trying to find what you want and I realise we will have to compromise on a limited budget. We will keep looking :) thanks again.
