Hi. About the 14th march I handed a return parcel in at the Correos office to go back to Amazon. Ive done this before and no problems,
Today Ive just had an email from Amazon saying they are still awaiting the return parcel!!!!!. Now in the past when ive returned parcels to Amazon ive dropped them off at the post office in Turre and had no problems. They dont give you a receipt for it !.
Has anyone had this issue with Correos ?

Hi. I have had to return items before and have always been asked for my email address. You then get an email to say it (your parcel or whatever) is in the system. Never had a problem. If the correos didn't ask for your email this could have been an oversight, I would return there and see if they still have your parcel. Hope this helps.
