Possible - but unlikely. As you may know, we commence the “de-escalation” this weekend. It’s set in stages, two weeks apart and the important thing is that not all provinces will de-escalate at the same rate. Some may take longer if there is a spike in infections.
Until as such time as ALL 50 provinces have successfully completed Phase 3, movement between the provinces is not allowed. The earliest that Phase 3 can end is 22 June, but the chances of all the provinces meeting the criteria and all finishing Phase 3 on 22 June is virtually nil.
Aside from that, there is also no word on when borders will be re-opened to general tourism. It hasn’t been announced as a part of any of the three current phases, so I’m guessing (OPINION!!) that the government will want to see firstly how Spain is coping with de-escalation, and then secondly what the status is of the neighboring countries.
