Drinks in June? And I will be driving

James

"Drinks in June," James - You must be joking. Ryanair have just announced grounding of 99% of their flights and . . . . . . . wait for it . . . . .it also announced that it could take two years to build up customer demand for flights.

Nice One! James, I hope the Panama hat survived the winter. Pity you won't be able to get an 'alf shortly. I'll probably see you in June, but it'll be June 2021.

Possible - but unlikely.  As you may know, we commence the “de-escalation” this weekend.  It’s set in stages, two weeks apart and the important thing is that not all provinces will de-escalate at the same rate. Some may take longer if there is a spike in infections.

Until as such time as ALL 50 provinces have successfully completed Phase 3, movement between the provinces is not allowed.  The earliest that Phase 3 can end is 22 June, but the chances of all the provinces meeting the criteria and all finishing Phase 3 on 22 June is virtually nil.

Aside from that, there is also no word on when borders will be re-opened to general tourism.  It hasn’t been announced as a part of any of the three current phases, so I’m guessing (OPINION!!) that the government will want to see firstly how Spain is coping with de-escalation, and then secondly what the status is of the neighboring countries.

Interesting post. It is 100% clear. I wonder how it will be "translated" by the abject braindead of the Facebook equivalent of the forum.

Essential travel and for work purposes - yes, but must carry something from the employer certifying that they are needed and must travel.

Casual travel is forbidden, and remains forbidden between the provinces until end of Phase 3 in ALL provinces
