Hello, please can someone tell me if I am able to hire a 3 wheel mobility scooter in Roquetas or even better a double mobility scooter. We are hoping to come for a month in the summer but need to check the availability of a scooter.

There's an agency with offices all along Spain's Mediterranean coast called Accessible Travel. I found it in 1 minute with a Google search. I'd be very surprised if there is just one such firm in Spain's tourist areas.
According to their ads you can rent many types of mobility equipment including scooters. I imagine they're online and can give you an idea of cost and what arrangements can be put in place for your requirements.
