I would like to rent out my apartment. Can anyone tell me what I have to do get a tourist licence that would enable me to rent out my apartment in the summer.

We rent our apartment as a holiday rental. Just pop along to the ayuntamiento and they should be able to tell you what you need to do to get a tourist license. It's very straightforward.
