I Flew on the 23rd June from  Bristol to Alicante no issues or delays. There was also a flight to Malaga on the same day. Alicante not our preferred airport, but just happy to be back in sunny a Vélez-Blanco.

Dario I was hopeful to be here for August but thankfully the Spanish government helped. ...

I only kept an eye on the Ryanair app, I was waiting on Spanish government announcement whether UK citizens would have to isolate which I would have done anyway as we are very secluded here in Velez-Blanco, but thankfully this is no longer the case. Ryanair are showing flights on 27th, 30th June, I think this route is a fairly busy route for them, we would normally fly into Murcia but I was just happy to get a flight. Plus I do not mind yhe extra drive it’s worth.

We flew in yesterday to Alicante from Bristol with Ryanair.

Had to wear 😷 throughout the journey, had a temperature check at Alicante and had to fill in a contact form. Easy journey, now in Valle del Este relaxing and hoping to stay for a couple months at least.

In the process of completing residencia.

Yes, Alicante to Mojácar is an easy 2 - 2.5 hour run down the excellent Autovía de Mediterraneo (A7 - E15) - if you’ve not driven it before, be very careful and watch for the “Almería / Granada” signs at Murcia.  You join from another highway and the turn off comes up VERY quickly thereafter.

Fabulous that you are getting here and applying for Residencia.  All the very very best, enjoy the flight and the drive down here.
