Hello, does anyone know if I can still fly to Malaga and get a taxi to Roquetas under the latest regulations please?

I imagine the taxi driver would be delighted with the chance of making serious money from you for the journey from Malaga to Roquetas.
But for under €20 you can use blablacar (www.blablacar.es) for a very similar service. You will be connected to someone who is making the same journey anyway.

Yes, you can use a taxi or a bus or a self-drive car rental.

We use the Alsa bus from Malaga to Almería city. Cost is 48euro for 2 people. It takes 3 hrs. We use busbud to book this service. Then we take the local bus from the city to Roquetas de Mar at a cost of 4euros for 2 people.
