I am about to complete on a house near Purchena. The property has about 400 olive trees. I would like to keep these going and would like to get in touch with anyone who may be already farming olives. I am coming over on 5th May for a week and would like to visit anyone will ing to pass on their wisdom and experience. Thank you.

Have you thought about speaking to the locals (or the agent you are buying through) as they may be willing to farm the olives for you and take payment through the farming of them and give you back some of the fruits of their labour.
I think there is an olive pressing place near Albox. They may be able to guide you in the right direction.
