I have a small shed/tiny home near Purchena, on my finca, which is terribly hot in summer. Hence I'm urgently looking for a reliable and professional company/team to contract. Wooden porch or metal awning would work.anything to provide shade and possibly a landing above.There's no electricity so completely off grid at this stage. I am a new arrival in Purchena and will need a little help with contacts for tradies (yes I am an Australian and we do seem set to lose the current Ashes test) to get my house up to scratch. My current problems relate to a fridge on the blink and unrelated plumbing issues.

All offers of information about useful tradies will be welcome.

Dear all,

We have completed the purchase of a house in Purchena with Almeria Homes last week/ thank you Anji /
Just sorting out the electricity reconnection, water, removal company, long trip with kids and pets :)
We will move end of July and we will need Internet.

Can you advise please?
How, who, how long?

I will visit around 20th of July for a few days to make sure everything is working before we all move in.

Lots of questions in future-house refurbishment, trade shops, school and football for 15 years old boy, work, pets ….
