Hi,

My in laws live in Purchena. It’s a lovely town with a bank, chemist, shops, couple of bars, etc. It’s a quiet town so your daughter would find it hard I think being that there is not much to do for her age group. 

We are approaching 50 and we are looking to move to Almeria Province but are looking for something closer to the coast. We are still young at heart and are considering Huercal-Overa and surrounding areas. 

We are staying with the in laws next week (house hunting) so if you’re in the area be happy to arrange a meet up at one of the local bars.

My husband informs me that July and August is fiesta time. There is a municipal swimming pool during the height of the summer.
