Hi all,
Hoping someone can help me yet again. We are hoping to buy in Palomares, but will need to rent the property out for holiday lets.
Are there some properties that you are not allowed to rent out?
Any advise would be greatly appreciated.

As far as I am aware most properties can be let. You are suppose to register your property if you are going to let it out and you should send quarterly returns to the Spanish tax office. Have you a place in mind in Palomares? We have a 2 bed duplex we have just decided to sell due to family illness.
