Sol Car Rentals are based in Vera (Valle del Este).  They do transfers from the Airport and you then pick up the hire car in Vera.  Used them in 2019 and have booked again when we come over in December.  Very reasonable rates and really nice man.  Carl  +34 642-335-760

yes but if the flights are delayed i believe that they don't wait because of their schedules

I believe they do, to an extent. Certainly at Almeria. Sometimes they mention on their FB page that they know a flight is delayed but they will be waiting. I've never had a really late flight so it's never been a problem for me.
