Can anyone please recommend a good reliable Internet provider in Mojacar that does not use the MovieStar/Telephonica infrastructure?
Have been using Avanza fibra for almost 6 months and is absolutely dreadful, despite constant visits to their office in Mojacar the service does not improve, supposed to be getting 1G but mostly get .01G...not even enough to load a Web page and getting worse by the day...any recommendations for a service that works would be greatly appreciated...

I can only recommend Digimobil as they are incredible both here in Vera and at home in Vera Playa … BUT …. Carried by Telefonica so … sorry.

try acaciophone website Spanish English options. There rep in Esther in Vera Playa speaks English and has always been helpful when I called or WhatsApp'ed with her.
They offer good deals so check out their website

Thanks for this, it seems to be the best option and good to have personal reccomendation, I will certainly call in and see what deals they have available...

They are slowly introducing their own network. In the places that have Digi own network, you get 10 Gb/s for 30€ ……
it’s not just lines that are the carriers that can be the problem … when I was with Movistar, line speed was rubbish - paid for 300 Mbps and was lucky if I got 5 or 6. Now with Digi, same physical line but I pay for 1 Gb/s and get a true 800 odd Mbps up and 930 or thereabouts Mbps down

we use acacio and they have never been a problem office on Mojacar Playa opposite Lorenzo or in Garrucha on the roundabout up to Lidl shop.

We also have our mobile phones linked in to Acacia phone as well as the TV. It is cheap and brilliant. We were with plusnet....Well minusnet really!.... they are hopeless.
