Winters in lubrin and farmers markets

Hola everyone I'm looking to buy a house in lubrin which I'll live in during the autumn and winter months. The houses I've seen have wood burning fires in the main room but no other heating. How cold does it get in winter and is it feasible to live in Lubrin without any other form of heating?
Also, can anyone tell me about farmers' markets in the area round Lubrin?
