We are selling up in the uk and like the look of Los Gallardos and the mobile homes for sale.We thought we could do this before brexit but it wasn't to be.How difficult will it be to actually move onto the site if we want to purchase a mobile. We currently live in a park home in oxfordshire so we are quite used to site living but don't understand all the changes there will be now brexit has happened.Any advice would be much appreciated. Also, would you all recommend living on this site.Thank-you all.

you will still have to satisfy all the rules that apply now for residencia even in a mobile home site.  buying one is no problem and those that live there like it with the facilities of a bowls green and when open bar, restaurant with entertainment and a salt water pool.  see postings previously for the necessary funding and paperwork needed to come here to live now.   You could of course buy it as a non resident and use it for the 90 days in 180 every year and maybe keep the mobile on in the Uk as your main residence but you still have to pay the non residents tax here in Spain.
