Hi we bought a house in La Alfoquia last year there are 2 supermarkets a butchers,  bakers,  doctors surgery, vets and about 14 bars. The nearest coastal town is Vera about 25 mins away by car that has a large Mercadona supermarket further along that coast is Gurrucha and then Mojacar all an easy drive away .Inland are some really great towns & Villages to explore. We don't live out there yet unfortunately but are planning to retire there soon there are a lot of brits who do and are very friendly, there's also Cats services they are really helpful.  I hope you enjoy your search.

There is also two banks and a Municipal Swimming pool open in the Summer and a football pitch and bowling green. A great place to live!
