We will be renting from mid August at Valle del Este, Vera and will be looking around to buy a property. Can anyone let me know what the weather is like in Illar, particularly the weather in the winter. We would also like to look around in the surrounding areas. Can anyone recommend a good estate agent as we would like to view properties in this location. Many thanks, Maggie.

Hi Maggie, just saw your post.
We live near Illar, Alhabia, the weather is hot/dry in summer and warm days cold nights in winter with not much rain at all.
No estate agents nearby, we bought our place off Milanuncios. Most properties are sold privately with a small ad or sign on the property.
It's nothing like Albox, Mojacar etc. Very few Brits and almost no English spoken. We like it round here though.
