Living outside Albox town

I am thinking of renting a rural place "five minutes" from Albox town. Will it have mains water and either mains drainage or a cess pit and if the latter, is it easy to get them emptied?
You need to state exactly where, some are on all mains services, some are not. Our cesspit only needs emptying every 10/15 years or so.
Every property is different, you need to enquire with the letting agent/owner.
I have given it considerable thought over the last few days and think I will look for a country house there early March next year. Thanks for the answers.
