Security clips for my Persiana Blind Straps

I understand there are security clips that effectively stop blinds from being manouvered up by clipping the straps, where can I buy some please?

Not seen or heard of these but would suggest Lopez in Antas or Tapia in Huercal Overa or any decent ferreteria
