AFO COSTS

After learning about the illegal homes in the Almeria area and that the estate agents are promoting these properties and informing the vendors or the buyers the property is illegal we learned one of the couples need to return home to the UK urgently, the mother is very ill, they must sell the house quickly,  sadly they do not have the money to pay for an AFO, this has been proved, they are living on the husband's small UK state pension she was not eligible for any pension.   We have managed to find someone to pay the costs for them, but I need to know what these costs are, anyone who has secured this document will be able to help, I understand the town hall charge a fee and need to know that cost, plus Architect fee, Septic Tank Fee, Solicitor Fee and Notary Fee, this information can be sent to me privately, many people will not admit they had to secure the AFO thus I cannot secure the correct costs, please help with this.
