Is there a method of contacting Local Police using English. Unfortunately not all of us have a full grasp of Spanish.
your townhall should have an English speaking representative who can liase with the local police in your area if you need to contact them for any reason.

I second this - official app put out I think by Ministry of the Interior. Very very useful app - you can message police (either in English or use Google Translate)
