Hello.
I'm looking to replace the windows on my apartment. Does anyone have a good contact in olula del rio or albox areas please for window supplier and mosquito screens.
Also good plumber for full bathroom refurbishment. All existing to be ripped out and new fitted.

I'm looking for any second hand AC units that are in good condition. And also AC engineer to fit the units. Olula del rio area.
Also does anyone know any good plumbers and bathroom installers.

Good floor and wall tiler required to lay new tiles to approx 60 to 70 sqms.
3rd floor apartment in olula del rio.
All materials will be supplied. Labour only.
Also carpenter to fit new kitchen.
And plumber to fit new bathroom.

Checking out property in the area as a potential holiday/ future retirement home. Would like local information about public transport ie. is there a train station, best way to the town from airports using public transport etc. Initially we wouldn’t have a car whilst using property as a holiday destination and would be hoping to come out at various times of the year in Uk school holidays.

Coming to Olula del Rio in July August to view some properties, any and all advice would be appreciated as new to the area . Looking for a country house or Cortijo on the edge of town if possible. Is the area relatively flat for cycling around town? Is a car essential? Anything to look out for when buying in the area? Thanks in advance for any

Looking for any English speaking electricians for new rewire works to my apartment. I have been quoted €2500. But I believe this is far too expensive to add some new double sockets and a new consumer unit. Also any good English speaking builders
