Good afternoon Group.

My name is Tony Allo and my wife and I will be moving to Lucar early June. The property we are buying at present does not have a landline connection, just wondering if anyone else has had to have this installed and rough price, or had satellite connection fitted for Internet and Tele and how successful its been.

Hi, we’re looking to buy a holiday home initially, then retire to in 5 years. We have found a property in Lucar.

Can anyone help with any insight into the area, as we’re complete novices thereany help would be appreciated.

Hi, could anyone please tell me if Lucar has a good internet service available? If so could anyone suggest the best provider?I am looking to get it installed at my newly acquired villa, so I can stream English tv when I visit, I live in the UK & if possible will try & arrange installation from over here using a Spanish provider.

Hi, my father passed away some time ago, he had a villa built in Lucar, after much legal work the property is now mine to use, I will be visiting for a week ( arriving 5th April) to see what maintenance needs doing as it’s not been lived in for 8 years, I will be looking to have internet installed, satellite tv with English channels, the pool drained - cleaned - refilled & the pump serviced, I will have to buy some essentials whilst there & hire a car from Almeria, would really appreciate any suggestions of who’s best to use for the above, thanks in advance - Mike.

Hi,first time on here, we've missed out on a cracking property in lucar due to me worrying about the nearest airport being around 90 minutes away and if we were coming out a few times a year Inc mini breaks how much would taxi be roughly or would it be best to use buses?
