Hi Nigel /all,

Just an update..we still have not finalized as yet...funds all transferred but the bank who are selling the property are looking for p60 again.its starting to get frustrating and somewhat comical with paperwork that they are requesting which we already submitted.

Will update if we get any good news.

Regards

Trev

Deep breath you’ll get there. We completed on our cortijo mid March and just got our deeds today ... and they’ve got my name wrong 😳 ... back they go ...

Hey ,patiently we await an Environmental Report, you all probably know

these types, but we are on Mains sewerage and mains agri water ,so we

do not know how things can be held up in this respect?

Good luck to all and yes,we continue to ask questions about paperwork

etc, Regards Jason, Bentarique

Our environmental report was like war and peace - not like the 1 page energy rating you get in the uk - doesn’t surprise me that it takes a while!

Hi Trev

Sounds about right, we had the same problems, but stick at it and all will be well.

Patience is a virtue, as is a good sense of humour
