How many months is the community pool open?

Does anybody else rent their houses/apartments out for holiday lets?

Are there any activities for children (parks etc.) nearby?

...n bike or hiking trails, about 30 mins to Almeria, for beaches, large shopping centre etc, and if you dont want to go far from the village there are all the little shops and local market, for necessities. When we looked previously there are a few properties which are rented out on booking.com and also air b &b to give you an idea on potential income, if you were to rent out your property.  We cant wait to move out permanently (fingers crossed for end of year).
