Can somebody point me in the right direction for location of and making appointment to get our TIE's updated with our new address. We are moving from Malaga province into Vera Player area as our new permanent residence. Many thanks.

YES! The good news is that unless your TIE is expired, you don't need to get it changed, merely advise of change of address. Aaaaaaand you can do that online here : http://tramites.administracion.gob.es/en/community/tramites/resource/servicio-de-comunicacion-del-cambio-de-domicilio/2c0e3f8e-4e27-4c65-a7ba-79295f7a480b
This link will also change your address with DGT, AEAT and TGSS if you require - all in one go. You need to wait about 4 to 6 weeks after you change your Padrón for this to be working, as that's how long a new Padron takes to filter through the system and so allow the online change of address, but you can at least do it all in one go, online.
I have used it myself after moving to Vera Playa and can confirm it works
