Hi all any advice I have bought a property on an urbanisation was never given guide lines on rules at the complex
I have put a small privacy fence up and have been asked to remove it I did ask why I wasn’t given rules etc as if there are rules then I should be sent them they state it’s community law I asked to send me that and nothing
