hi, due to circumstances next year (approx match/April) I am considering renting my just completely refurbished 2 bed2 bathroom ground floor apartment for either short or long term rental, can anybody advise me what the licence I need would cost and how long it is valid for, I am not in any hurry at the moment but it would be also nice if anyone could recommend a company(safe and will look after it while being let )which I could contact and set the wheels in motion beforehand , cheers.

Have a chat with Blue Sea Villas in Mojacar. They will advise you regarding a licence and will rent the apartment out for you.

We rent an apartment in Vera Playa and the lady we rent from lives in Madrid.  We rented our apartment through Angel Properties and when anything breaks down Domingo from Angel sorts it out.  Great company.  They act for the owner.

Angel Properties Office No 950 61 8054 - This is based in Palamores.

Domingo is based in a Porta Cabin just past the Sports Complex (Golf/Football/Tennis etc) just past Vera Playa.  His Tel no.671094880.
