Experiences with European Property Company

Greetings all!
I am simply wondering if anyone has any feedback in dealing with the 'European Property Company' (europeanpropertycompany.com)? They are representing a property that I am considering, and just wanted to see if anyone here had firsthand knowledge of working with them. I understand that I need to get my own people to represent me, and I have seen several recommendations in a variety of threads, but am still seeking any general feedback on this specific company.
