I’m hoping to go to Rome in the next few weeks, and have been told that I need to take a coronavirus test 72 hours before I go. Could anybody tell me where and how much it would cost in the Vera Playa, Garrucha area. TIA

I assume you're flying. There is a testing centre at FCO.

The CIA webpage has the same information if you're using that airport..

It is possible to do the swab at the private medical center "Echevarne laboratory" in Vera. First a doctor, present in the same center, must prescribe the analysis. The cost for the tampon is 130 € and the result arrives on the medical center website within 48 hours. We did it because we went to Italy by car, while those who go by plane have the possibility to do so directly at the arrival airport.
