Can anyone recommend: Plumbing, connection

We have a new apartment in Blanco but it needs the Electric to be switched on and also the water. Everything is ready to be able to do that

Hi. You could try Andrés from Aqua Luz. His number is 637 32 32 45. He does plumbing and electrics. I highly recommend him as we have used him 3 or 4 times. Very nice guy and reasonable prices.
