Hi
I am buying a house in Velez Blanco and will need a bit of building work done - it includes things like removing non-weight bearing walls, installing a second bathroom, changing a window, leveling and tiling a floor. Hoping to get this done April/May.
Can anyone please recommend a builder in the area ?

We had a brilliant.builder but he has reverted in the main to kitchen, bathroom & bedroom.fitting which he did for 20 years in UK. Can send details if you want to give him a try.
