We have heard that there is a proposed new golf course and building of thousands of homes in Velez Rubio? Is this happening? We are considering moving to VR but not sure if this goes ahead.
Also are town hall documents public - can we find documents relating to declarations of habitable land?

Sorry about the delay but.needed to check with some existing businesses in VR.
1 VR Ayuntamiento/ Town Hall is on Facebook should you wish to post a public query.
2. This from locals; this proposal has been hanging around for 15 years and has been mothballed/ turned down due to financial problems but mainly infrastructure and lack of water resources.
This is all I have but this is Spain!!!!!
