Looking for a job: nursing assistant

Hi to all. I am moving over to Turre in September. Can anyone tell me if there are many job opportunities in Turre.
If you can't find anything here, and don't be too optimistic, then Fly in fly out Care Assistant jobs on 2/week in and out of UK are always advertised in local Brit free press/ newspapers. These are Euro Weekly News and Sol Times If you can access on line.
