Hi All,

Thanks for inviting me to your forum.

We are actively considering a move to Turre or Cabrera and would be interested to find out if there job opportunities for us in the area.

I'm an Operations Manager with a soft fruit business and my wife works in hospitality, with fluent Russian and Ukrainian language skills. Both of us can turn our hands to most things and I can very easily send my CV (minus all the personal details) if that would help.

Thanks for your time and I'd welcome your comments.

The employment figures are only slowly improving after the crash and there certainly aren't vast numbers of employers eagerly seeking expat employees. If you have fluent Spanish then the chances will be better but my impression is that it's still difficult.

Hi Rob,

Many thanks for your response - I thought that things were still a little tight and my Spanish is shocking so perhaps I'd better concentrate on improving it before we go any further.

Your feedback is much appreciated.

Best regards

Nick
