Hi, I have had a quote from CaixaBank for my 100m2 apartment, buildings and contents 10,000€. It’s 22€/mth fixed for 3 years. Does that sound reasonable or shall I keep shopping around? Thanks in advance!

I used Linea Directa. For 80m2 Duplex and 15.000 contents I pay 103€ a year - give Linea Directa a call, they have dedicated English language service

I don’t know what the going rate would be but might be worth checking if you get free banking by using their insurance service. This seems to be the case with some banks here so might save you money with everything taken into account.
