Hi all, looking for advice on two subjects: 1 is medical, wife and I are just in the process of residential through our solicitors we are due our NIE numbers this Month etc, we need medical insurance for this, and wondered if you could offer any advice.
2, is a 12 Months tenancy agreement just to achieve our residential, if anyone can help or knows someone that can help with the tenancy would be greatly appreciated.

With regards medical insurance; I have heard that Santander bank offer a very competitive health insurance, and the other recommendation would be Maxine Morgan of Liberty Seguros.
With regards tenancy, a 12 month rental will be just fine. Extranjeria don’t usually ask to see the contract, they only want to see the Padrón from the Ayuntamiento that attests to your address. But if they did, then a 12 month contract is more than sufficient
