Register with GP

I am awaiting a decision for convenio especial. If granted I return the two contracts with proof of the first payment and then receive something from them. From this point I would be grateful for the next steps please. Do I have to go to social security to get a medical card and then go to a GP locally and register. Do I need to book an appointment online for either or both. My plans are to register with the practice in From this point I would be grateful for the next steps please.
