Surely if you are using healthcare covered by the U.K. you need to register with the doctor in your town or village, as you need your padron along with all your other paperwork. If the doctor you are assigned doesn't speak English you will need to employ a translator.

The Private GP in Mojacar speaks English & you pay for that. When we turned up at our health centre having obtained the form from Social Security we were summarily.placed with a GP whose skills equate to a 1970s GP in UK. There is no equivalent in practise to a Patient's Charter here. If no understandy/ no interpreter they are and do send you away.

In spite of the alleged +ves I find the service 2nd rate in comparison to UK.
