We need to travel to Bilbao to get a ferry later in May,
We have heard that there are some hotels allowed to stay open for travellers and essential workers.
Does anybody know where I can find a list of such hotels ?

The UK.gov website gives details of all hotels in Spain that are open for essential travellers. You can receive automated updates every time the guidance changes. I can’t remember the exact link but search around the travelling abroad and Coronavirus sections.

Foreign travel advice Spain and then Coronavirus. By the time the ferries are sailing it could well be that hotels are open albeit with restrictions.
I hope so as we are stuck in the UK and our residency will soon be under threat due to the six months rule. We have three dogs and need to use the Bilbao / Santander routes.
