Has any one had any luck contacting Turre town hall there web site doesnt work and I need an updated padron

Update.
I found there email and sent them one asking for a updated padron? Administracion@turre.es
They replied next day requesting 1 Name and address. 2 Copy of passport, I also sent them a copy of the old padron. PDF.
Two days later they sent an updated padron no problem
